New Zealand toiletries brand Ethique launches in Japan

Cosmetics and toiletries distributor, P.S. International, has signed an exclusive distribution deal with New Zealand soap and shampoo brand Ethique. Matching its name, Ethique only uses materials from sustainable sources and none of its products include micro-plastics – blamed for adding significantly to plastic pollution in oceans and rivers.

Shampoos are priced at ¥1,980 and a pack of three soaps for ¥1,800. Sales will start immediately online and through Mash Holdings’ popular cosmetics and toiletries chain, Cosme Kitchen.
