The company has entered the Thai market with the opening of its first boutique in Bangkok, strengthening its retail expansion in Southeast Asia.
Located at Central Embassy, one of Bangkok’s leading luxury retail destinations, the store offers ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear and accessories.
The store is designed by architecture firm Halleroed and features a minimalist aesthetic with cultural interiors, curved forms and a neutral palette accented with marble, stainless steel and leather finishes.
According to the brand, the new boutique aims to create an immersive retail environment that mirrors the maison’s design philosophy and Parisian heritage.
Alaia was founded by Tunisian couturier Azzedine Alaia in Paris in 1964 and has accelerated its global retail expansion in recent years, particularly across Asia. It was acquired by Richemont in 2007.
