This summer, Bistro Hoi An celebrates Vietnam’s classic favourites with welcoming tasting menus and seasonal specialties, including Hong Kong’s largest bamboo charcoal bánh mì.
The record-breaking baguette, served in limited numbers at the ELEMENTS branch beginning on 23 April 2026 – the same day the annual Bánh Mì Festival starts in Hoi Chi Minh City – adds to the joyful atmosphere of the authentic Vietnamese haven.
The bistro’s signature Vietnamese dining experience comes to life at Civic Square at ELEMENTS, unveiled last August in a photogenic two‑storey setting that recalls the UNESCO‑listed, lantern‑lit Hoi An old town and at the original Gold Coast Piazza branch in Tuen Mun. Managed by Cafe Deco Group, both locations highlight bright flavours and warm hospitality, blending Vietnam’s culinary heritage with the relaxed neighbourhood dining of the French colonial era.
Meaning ‘peaceful meeting place’, Bistro Hoi An’s name is reflected in interiors where lanterns, patterned tiles and hand‑crafted details echo Hoi An’s storied streets, inviting diners to lively gatherings or intimate culinary discovery in cosy nooks.
