Chow Tai Fook Unveils Global Flagship in Hong Kong

Chinese jewellery brand Chow Tai Fook has opened its first global flagship in Tsim Sha Tsui, its largest store across Hong Kong and Macao.

Dubbed the ‘Home of Chow Tai Fook’, the 10,000sq ft store combines the near century-long heritage with contemporary interiors designed to showcase the brand’s Chinese craftsmanship.

Upon entry, customers are welcomed by the Heritage Pavilion, which highlights traditional jewellery-making techniques.

At the centre of the space is a giant Gold Ginkgo Tree with leaves and branches cast in pure gold, that weighs 40kg. According to the jewellery house, the tree took almost 50 artisans, about 60,000 hours to complete.

Alongside its traditional jewellery collections, the flagship also introduces the retailer’s luxury home category, extending its craftsmanship into home decor.

Developed with French porcelain maison Bernardaud, Chow Tai Fook’s Rouge Collection tableware combines artisanal techniques with contemporary design.

Finally, the flagship also includes a new concierge service which aims to create a more structured, service-led in-store experience.
