The company has appointed the contractor for the one million square metre Amaya in Jeddah, a luxury masterplan with Trump Plaza, residential, retail and lifestyle hubs.
DarGlobal has appointed Al Dahlawi Company for Contracting to deliver key works at its flagship Amaya development in Jeddah, advancing a one million square metre masterplan positioned as the “Beverly Hills of Jeddah”.
The London-listed luxury real estate developer said the appointment marks a major milestone for the project, which will anchor a large-scale live-work-play destination in one of the city’s most strategically connected locations.
The Amaya development will include residential neighbourhoods, commercial destinations and community amenities delivered in phases. The appointment of the main contractor supports the rollout of key elements of the masterplan in line with the project’s approved development timeline.
Amaya is designed as a fully integrated urban destination combining residential living, business opportunities, retail destinations and lifestyle amenities.
Positioned as the “Beverly Hills of Jeddah”, the project aims to set a new benchmark for exclusivity, elevated living and prestige within the city. A key highlight of the masterplan is Trump Plaza Jeddah, a landmark mixed-use destination expected to anchor the development’s commercial and lifestyle offering.
The project is located along King Abdulaziz Road, one of Jeddah’s most established and sought-after corridors. The developer said opportunities of this scale and centrality are increasingly limited, positioning Amaya as a rare offering where location, connectivity and long-term investment value converge.
