Three brands that got their start online will open at a Southlake, Texas, mixed-use center late this summer. Specialty eyewear retailer Warby Parker; Casper, known for its mattress-in-a-box delivery; and UNTUCKit, which specializes in shirts designed specifically to be worn untucked, are joining the tenant roster at Southlake Town Square.
The center features 120 specialty retail shops and restaurants, a 14-screen theater, hotel, offices, city and county government buildings, a U.S. Post Office and residential brownstones coexist. Also coming to Southlake are 7 For All Mankind, TravisMathew and Sugarboo & Co. All are expected to open late this summer in time for back-to-school shopping. Southlake Town Square is owned and operated by a subsidiary of RPAI.

(“RPAI”), which owns and operates Southlake Town Square. “The evolving retailer mix we have in Southlake Town Square gives our shoppers first-hand access to these digitally native brands in an authentic and personable way.”
Also coming to Southlake late this summer are 7 For All Mankind, TravisMathew and Sugarboo & Co. are all expected to open late this summer before the back-to-school shopping season. LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, Coldwater Creek and Shake Shack have recently opened at Southlake.
