The Australian brand has opened its first Dubai location at the Vida Emirates Hills hotel.
The Hunter & Barrel restaurant can seat up to 232 guests at any one time and the open space and adjoining bar are perfect entertainment space for live DJ sets and sports. The restaurant boasts two private dining spaces and also offers an opposing communal dining experience. Describing itself as high-end casual, the restaurant utilises a ‘hunt, gather and fire-inspired philosophy’ using a charcoal grill.
The menu, created by Head Chef Kamil Bouloot features open-fire prawns, chicken wings, angus beef and corn-fed chicken.
Bradley Michael, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, which operates Hunter & Barrel commented: “Opening our first international Hunter & Barrel in Dubai is a natural next step in the evolution of the brand and the group. When we looked at exporting our concepts to international markets Dubai was the first destination on our list.”
