Working on a network of Neighbourhood Centres, ADG Group’s
mission on this project is to re-establish the historical function of Soviet
cinemas as leisure centres in the neighbourhood and to increase the
quality of life of over two and a half million Muscovites living within a
walking distance from the facilities. A Neighbourhood Centre is a
contemporary meeting space that encourages creative development and
interactions between neighbours. They will be places that people can
enjoy visiting and one they look forward to coming back to.

Founded in 2003 by Ms Salwa Idrissi Akhannouch, within the last 17
years they have signed 23 franchise contracts with major international
groups, operate 35,000sq m of stores throughout the national territory,
been involved in the construction and operation of the first destination
mall in Africa, Morocco Mall Casablanca. Their next upcoming project is
AKSAL
another Morocco Mall scheme, this time located in Marrakech and it
promises to be the most exciting new development in the country.
