        9,000sq m car-free area is already underway, spanning from the George Street light rail route from Town Hall down to Railway Square. In a
        separate move, a new public space will be created on Devonshire Street between Chalmers and Elizabeth streets in Surry Hills, with construction
        scheduled to start next year. The famous street is home to various retail stores and dining venues, including the new premium IGA Locali grocer,
        the city’s Apple flagship and a giant Mecca store. New stores are set to open on George Street later this year, including the country’s largest
        Lululemon store and a flagship for Swiss luxury brand Bally. Supported by all levels of government, the project will receive $7.05M from the
        Australian government for the part between Bathurst and Goulburn Streets, and $1M from the NSW government for the overall works.
          Galataport Istanbul is set to this year offer a brand new living space for local and foreign tourists and current residents with its port terminal,
        private restaurant chains, cafes, world-famous brands and office areas. It is a worldwide project that will give life to the coastline from Karaköy
        Pier to Mimar Sinan University Fındıklı Campus. In short, the upcoming project by developers Doğus Group will bring back one of the most
        beautiful areas of Istanbul to the city with a modern perspective. Galataport Istanbul offers its visitors a “breathing” healthy and safe working,
        shopping and dining experience with its disabled-friendly and low-rise buildings, architecture in harmony with the historical texture of the region
        and alternative transportation facilities.
          Launched in November last year, Amsterdam The Style Outlets, developed by NEINVER and Nuveen Real Estate offers guests 19,000sq m of
        GLA and is the first and only outlet centre in the Randstad and is located only eight minutes by train from the centre of Amsterdam. Beyond an
        exclusive commercial mix, NEINVER and Nuveen Real Estate’s project offers guests a compelling customer experience, with concierge services
        and free Wi-Fi among others. Moreover, 1,000sq m is planned for leisure areas, restaurants with outdoor seating and walkways to provide a
        complete shopping experience. This ğ110M investment development has created around 600 direct jobs.
          The longest and fastest zip wire in England, Skywire is set to open this month at Bluewater, one of Europe’s leading retail and leisure
        destinations. Landsec is redefining the Bluewater experience and Skywire is the first of nine unique attractions that will comprise Highloose
        Adventure, a brand new large-scale leisure offer at Bluewater. Three more are due to open over the next 12 months, these are Europe’s largest
        rock climbing wall, a giant swing that reaches a height of 45m and Skydive, where guests can fly up to ten metres high and free-fall in a 200mph
        column of air. These will be followed by five more experiences: a bungee tower, giant slide, clip and climb, waterdrop bouldering wall and Via
        Ferrata, a route-market climb using metal rails and rungs embedded in Bluewater’s cliff walls.
          Scheduled to reopen to the public this month, the Eden Project is an educational charity, social enterprise and visitor attraction. Wholly owned
        by the Eden Trust, it is a unique and complex organisation. The idea behind the Eden project is to provide a stage on which to entertain and
        communicate both their work and work of others. They want to offer a great day out for guests by taking them on a journey that is memorable
        and inspiring. This visitor destination is nestled in a huge crater, whilst massive Biomes house the largest rainforest in captivity, stunning plants,
        exhibitions and stories that serve as a backdrop to their striking contemporary gardens, summer concerts and exciting year-round family events.
          Launched earlier this year, the Moon Retreat in Sharjah will allow customers to book a stay in a dome in the Sharjah desert. The recently opened
