chefs. The concept was founded back in 2018 in the heart of Europe. The concept creates, designs and operates food hubs with ghost kitchens
as stylish places that provide a variety of gastronomic experiences for people who want to enjoy cool, exciting vibes, culture and high-quality
customer experience.
Of the myriad of new concepts and venues that have appeared in the last few months, one of the more unique ones has launched in Melbourne,
Sydney. Grazeland is a foodie’s paradise and has an impressive range of food and beverage options, 49 for the moment, that cover a diverse
cuisine profile. These include coffee and licensed venues (cocktails, wines, craft beers), regional and specialty cuisines; big burgers and light snacks;
Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western flavours, gives Grazeland a very unique point of difference – a diversity of offer provided from the breadth
of specialist operators rather than from the individual menus, thus allowing each concept to shine and augment the overall offer. It is a place built
for more than food and includes entertainment from musicians and bands, it is weather protected, has social spaces and offers incredible views
of Melbourne City and the Westgate Bridge.
In the UK, the world’s largest Italian market & dining concept, Eataly, has opened its doors in London. Originally due to open earlier in the
year but thwarted by the pandemic, the 42,000sq ft haven of Italian food, has begun launching in phases. Located in the largely pedestrianised City
neighbourhood of Broadgate, next to Liverpool Street station, Eataly London will first open the market and retail area, take-away eateries and
brand-new alfresco dining concept, La Terrazza di Eataly. Founded in Italy in 2007, Eataly was born from investor Oscar Farinetti’s idea to gather
high-quality food at sustainable and reasonable prices and create an informal place to eat, shop and learn all under one roof.
A new concept that is due to launch later this year is TOCA Social, with the game-changing experience set to launch in the capital at the O2.
For the first time, the concept brings together the worlds of social entertainment, flavoursome food, unique cocktails and immersive football
games. TOCA Social will create a vibrant destination to eat, drink and play, where friends and family will be able to kick up a storm in their own
personal booths. Choosing from a variety of interactive football-based games, enabled by innovative ball delivery and tracking technology, TOCA
Social bridges the physical and digital worlds in a way never seen before. Each game has been designed for all ages, abilities, and football interest,
so that everyone can have fun together. Guests will also be able to enjoy a world-class food and drinks menu, created by Michelin trained chef,
Ross Clarke. The menu will be brimming with creative and unexpected dishes inspired by modern Americana with twists from around the world.
