Unico Outlet Bucaramanga spans the equivalent of four city blocks, with over 140 commercial spaces and nearly one million
visitors per month. It is the eighth shopping centre of the only outlet chain in Latin America, present in cities strategically
chosen based on outlet market dynamics. Built in just 270 days, this landmark project set a new standard in execution, qual-
ity and impact. Bucaramanga’s most densely populated area, Unico generates over 500 direct jobs and offers a curated mix
