Footlocker, the American chain store, is expected to celebrate the reopening of a flagship store in Frankfurt’s Zeil 83 in October 2019. For this purpose, the shoe retailer is consolidating its existing downtown space with the neighboring rental space and doubling its indoor space to around 1,300 m2. The owner of the property is a private individual. During the brokerage process, Savills, an international real estate services company, acted as consultant to tenants and tenants.
