The venue transitions from sunset socialising into a more energetic late‑night environment, supported by a house‑led soundtrack that remains central to the brand.
Iris Harbour places the spotlight on its updated cocktail programme, which blends technique with creativity, complemented by a menu of sharing plates suited to the venue’s social atmosphere.
