Levi’s has opened a flagship store in Schadowstrasse 55 in a whole series of tenant changes. The retail specialists of the COMFORT Group have placed the store in a prime location. The retail space with a total of 822 m² will be operated in addition to the existing branch in Mittelstraße 17 in the future. For many years, the long-standing previous tenant was the shoe house Siemes, before Tally Weijl briefly used the shop as an interim tenant.
Currently there is a lot of movement on the top 1A location Schadowstraße. After UNIQLO celebrated its debut in Dusseldorf 20-22 at the end of last year, WMF recently opened its new flagship store at number 70, just a few meters away from the previous location. There, in the Schadowstraße 64-66, the existing tenant dm-drogerie markt seized the opportunity to enlarge its branch to 810 m² by taking over the former WMF area.
Immediately next to the new Levi’s store is JD Sports, and the shell of the Kö-Bogen II has now been completed. In this office and business building, which is exclusively marketed by comfort, 60% of the tenants are already known one year before the opening.
