Líbere Hospitality Group Unveils Hotel

The Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) company has opened Líbere Seville Plaza Nueva, its first property in the Andalusian capital.

Located at Calle Albareda 18, steps from Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral and the Giralda, the property spans 3,758sq m across two buildings connected by a central courtyard and rooftop bridge. It offers 13 studios, 30 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, accommodating up to 170 guests, alongside a beautiful rooftop pool and solarium and a ground-floor bar-restaurant open to the public.

Key selling points of the property are:

• Ease of access with digital entry and 13 car parking bays on-site

• A home-away from home feel with elegant design in typical colours and traditional features inspired by the city

• Smart home automation throughout, including climate control, window openings, electric locks, full building wifi manage via mobile app with fast response times

• Flexible stay formats for alternative accommodation, including discounts for medium-term stays

• The rooftop pool and solarium offer a wonderful sanctuary from sightseeing and perfect chance to enjoy the sun or cool off

The project involved a full office-to-hospitality conversion, retaining the original structure while rebuilding the façades and completely redesigning the interiors in warm sand and terracotta tones inspired by Seville’s architecture. The building has achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” sustainability rating demonstrating commitment to the environment.

The opening brings LHG’s operational portfolio to over 1,061 total operating units – 76 per cent growth year on year – with a total of 2,300 including the pipeline. This forms part of a pan-European portfolio of more than 2,300 units across Spain, the UK, Portugal, Italy, Greece and France.

Antón de la Rica, CEO of Líbere Hospitality Group, said of the opening: “The opening of this new building in Seville consolidates our presence in Spain’s major cities. Seville is a destination with enormous tourist appeal and a business ecosystem in full growth, which guarantees sustained demand for flexible, quality accommodation.”
