Luxury Steakhouse Brand Confirms New Dubai Opening

Nusr-Et Steakhouse will open a flagship Saltbae Burger outlet at The Dubai Mall in 2026, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a central market in the brand’s global growth strategy.

The announcement marks the latest step in the expansion of the dining group founded by Turkish chef and restaurateur Nusret Gökçe, widely known as Salt Bae, which has become known for its premium cuts of meat and theatrical tableside service.

The Dubai Mall location will strengthen the company’s presence in the luxury fast-casual segment, complementing its established steakhouse operations in the region.

The Dubai development forms part of a broader international rollout. Nusr-Et is set to open its first Latin American location at The St. Regis Mexico City this spring, marking a new regional milestone. The company has also recently debuted in Milan, its first restaurant in Italy and is preparing a new opening in Ibiza as it expands further across Europe.

Nusret Gökçe said: “Opening in Milan was a significant milestone. The warm welcome from our guests and the positive response from the media confirmed that our dedication to quality, discipline and unforgettable service is appreciated around the world. We are proud to bring that same energy to Mexico City and to continue expanding into cities that share our appetite for excellence.”

With more than 20 restaurants across three continents and over 1,600 employees worldwide, Nusr-Et continues to pursue a measured expansion strategy focused on prominent global destinations.
