French gourmet food company Fauchon is targeting four additional points of sale in France and internationally for its ‘Mini Fauchon’ retail concept following ‘very promising results’ at Paris’ airports.
The Mini Fauchon shop-in-shop is already situated at four locations with Lagardère Travel Retail and Paris Aéroports’ duty free joint venture SDA (Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire) at Paris Charles de Gaulle 2E and 2A and at Paris Orly’s new Terminal 3.
As part of a partnership with French retail consulting agency MAD and architectural studio REV led by Cristiano Benzoni and Sophie Thuiller, the retail concept offers flexible formats (low height stand/shop-in-shop, box/kiosk, mini shop) designed to meet the needs of retailers and their partners in high-trafficked areas.
