The New York City heritage eyewear brand, announces the relocation of its Soho Shop from 37 to 39 Beak Street, marking the next chapter in its London story.
A decade after opening its first international location, MOSCOT moves next door into a larger space – continuing its legacy of timeless design, craftsmanship and community.
Located just off Carnaby Street in one of London’s most creative corners, Beak Street has long felt like a natural home for MOSCOT outside of New York. The neighborhood’s rich history in fashion, music and the arts mirrors the brand’s own downtown sensibility. The new 70sqm Shop, complete with a 12sq m testing facility, brings an even bigger slice of the Lower East Side to Soho – featuring signature tin ceilings, vintage tchotchkes and historical artifacts that reflect five generations of family heritage.
“Reaching ten years on Beak Street is a proud milestone for our family and for MOSCOT,” says Dr. Harvey Moscot, 4th Generation & CEO. “Much like Orchard Street in New York, where we’ve been rooted for decades, Beak Street became our first home outside of the US. While we’ve outgrown our original space, staying in the neighbourhood and moving next door felt like the most natural evolution. Soho welcomed us from the start and this move allows us to continue serving our customers with the same care – just with a little more room to do it.”
