The sustainable premium brand RKF has reaffirmed its commitment to the environment by taking an important step with the complete renovation of its store in the Jockey Plaza shopping centre.
This new space, built with recycled and sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood and preserved moss, becomes the first purpose-driven store within a mall in the country.
With a design that breaks traditional retail moulds, the store was conceived as a natural refuge in the middle of the city. Everything in the space has been carefully thought out to offer a distinct experience: relaxed, organic and conscious. The floor, walls and ceiling were constructed from recycled wood, while the preserved moss, which requires no watering or constant maintenance, adds a vibrant, natural touch. Furthermore, no plastic was used in either the construction or the decorative elements, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to the environment.
“This proposal not only transforms the aesthetics of the place, but also the experience of those who visit. We want to generate an emotional connection with each person who enters, inspiring calm, well-being and a closeness to nature, even within an urban and commercial environment. This store represents our values as a brand: respect for nature and the desire to inspire others to reconnect with it. It’s an oasis in the middle of the mall, a place where people can feel calm and happy,” said Clara Gallastegui, Brand Manager of RKF.
