The international men’s fashion brand Rodd & Gunn has selected Cribbs Mall as one of its first UK shopping centre destinations as it continues its UK expansion.
Founded in New Zealand in 1987, Rodd & Gunn previously held a concession within John Lewis at Cribbs Mall, but following its success it has now decided to take a 2,563sq ft standalone store.
The arrival of Rodd & Gunn’s new store comes as Cribbs fashion retailers reported a 4.5 per cent growth in turnover during 2025 and follows the recent arrivals of AllSaints and Animal as the shopping centre cements its position as the home of fashion in the South West.
Cribbs’ fashion retailers have also benefited from a 26 per cent rise in domestic tourists over the past year as well as a 13 per cent growth in GenZ shoppers. Cribbs has been able to draw in these demographics thanks to its prime location adjacent to the M5, as well as its action-packed events calendar including the Fashion and Beauty Weekender which allows brands to showcase their latest products whilst attracting visitors from across the South West, Wales and West Midlands.
Leading retail and leisure destination Cribbs has confirmed that global pop culture brand MINISO will be bringing its unique range of affordable, fun and high-quality products including trending vinyl plush collectibles, blind boxes, plush toys, beauty essentials, playful accessories and tasty snacks to the West Country shopping centre.
Rodd & Gunn has become the latest fashion brand to invest in Cribbs as it brings its traditionally tailored shirts, high-quality knitwear, well-constructed trousers and jeans, classic polo shirts, Italian leather shoes, bespoke leather luggage and stylish accessories to shoppers.
The addition of Rodd & Gunn follows Cribbs’ strategy of introducing exciting new brands to the shopping centre line-up whilst working with established existing brands to enhance their spaces in order to appeal to its growing younger audience.
