Shoppers at Cielo Vista Mall may be happy to know Starbucks has re-opened. It’s just in a new location. The popular coffee spot closed on Jan. 13 so that it could be relocated from its spot at the south main entrance. It is now open in a 2,020-square-foot spot on the lower level, across from the Apple store. So Apple customers can grab a latte as they wait to get their products serviced across the hall.
