After a comprehensive renovation, the historic hotel and “First House on the Square” has been returned to its former splendour.
As guests of the reopening celebration for the Steigenberger Hotel Bad Neuenahr step through the imposing entryway to the magnificent neo-Baroque building, they are doing much more than attending a reopening. The reopening marks an important milestone in the rebuilding of the Ahr valley.
“The Steigenberger Hotel Bad Neuenahr is truly close to our hearts. We are very proud to once again contribute to the region’s important tourism sector, both as hoteliers and as employers,” says Oliver Bonke, Chief Executive Officer of H World International, to which the Steigenberger brand belongs.
“We are overwhelmed by the loyalty our guests have shown even after the renovation as they return to the Ahr valley, as well as the loyalty of many employees returning to their old positions. All of that shows how special this hotel is. Without the tireless work of our partners, helpers and supporters, the reopening would not be possible – I want to say a huge thank you to everyone,” says Thomas Swieca, General Manager Steigenberger Hotel Bad Neuenahr.
