For the first-time visitor, and for many people who spend their lives endlessly going up and down the escalators in the landmark Bristol store, Primark in Broadmead is big enough. But the store itself will be so big it will have almost 1,000 employees when it opens in just 43 days’ time.
Customers will be able to do everything from eat there to getting their brows and nails done – and there will be an in-house barbers too. A Primark spokesperson said today: “We confirm plans to open our new flagship store in Birmingham, on April 11, 2019. “The store, Primark Birmingham High Street, will be our largest to date and 187 in the UK. “It will feature the latest contemporary shop fit and an enhanced customer experience across 160,100 sq ft of retail space and five floors of fashion.
