Wasl Group has opened Central Park at Wasl Gate in Jebel Ali, introducing one of the largest parks within a residential community in Dubai as part of efforts to enhance family wellbeing and community living.
The park, spanning approximately 82,700sq m, is designed as a shared outdoor space for both residents and the wider public, supporting everyday activity, social interaction and leisure.
The launch aligns with broader initiatives focused on quality of life, including the Year of the Family 2026 and the Dubai Social Agenda 33.
Located at the heart of the Wasl Gate master-planned community, Central Park has been developed to serve as a central gathering space where daily life can unfold outdoors. The design integrates areas for movement, recreation and relaxation, encouraging residents to engage with their surroundings and with each other.
Wasl said the project reflects its commitment to creating environments that foster connection, wellbeing and long-term community value.
The park offers a wide range of amenities catering to different age groups and interests, including:
- Jogging and cycling tracks
- Sports courts and a skate park
- Picnic areas and an amphitheatre lawn
- A dedicated food truck area
These features are designed to support both active lifestyles and social gatherings, positioning the park as a key destination within the community. Central Park has been developed using environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, aligning with Wasl’s broader focus on creating people-centric and environmentally conscious spaces.
