With the Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) opening in 2026, the Western Sydney Convention Centre (WSCC) has expanded its services to become a one-stop conference destination for global delegates.
Adjoined to the renowned five-star Pullman Sydney Penrith, the WSCC and its surrounding precinct now offer over 4,000sq m of event space, with access to unique entertainment and dining experiences. The WSCC is the region’s largest purpose-built convention centre, with a conference capacity of 2,800 seats and up to 10,000 in an exhibition-style set-up.
The change comes ahead of the Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) opening in 2026, with the WSCC already experiencing growing interest from the international market. Situated just a 21-minute drive from the WSI, 45 minutes from Sydney’s CBD, 22 minutes from the Sydney Zoo and at the foot of the Blue Mountains, the precinct is ready to welcome the anticipated influx of leisure and business travel to the area.
This versatile event destination offers flexible spaces across 11 venues, with the region’s largest purpose-built convention centre, the WSCC, at its core. The beautifully designed 1,000-seat capacity conference venue, a cornerstone of the $110M(AUD) development that opened in 2023, is filled with natural light and a column-free design, adding to its architectural charm.
