Known for leading in both great value and low-carbon stays across Europe, easyHotel has completed a €2.8M renovation to its easyHotel Nice Old Town.
easyHotel purchased the existing hotel in 2019, rebranding it and incorporating it within the easyHotel network. The recent refurbishment has seen a fresh new look rolled out across the hotel and the addition of five new rooms, increasing the total to 92, whilst reducing carbon emissions.
Guests can choose from a variety of room types, ranging from Standard Double to Family Quadruple, with prices starting at €55. A notable addition to the hotel is the introduction of family / group rooms. The refurbishment includes a complete re-design of the hotel, with improvements such as utilising sustainable materials throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, reception and guest communal areas, providing a fresh new look.
The refurbishment of easyHotel Nice Old Town underscores easyHotel’s broader growth strategy in France, where the brand continues to expand its footprint with a focus on affordability, low-carbon and guest satisfaction. In 2024, easyHotel celebrated a landmark year in the country, with the opening of a brand-new 111-room hotel in Marseille Euromed and the signing of a brand new 141-room hotel in Ferney-Voltaire, located by the Swiss border as part of its owned & leased network.
