Rudy’s to Open Bristol Site

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana has confirmed that it will bring its relaxed dining experience and renowned Neapoletan pizzas to Bristol this summer, bringing 35 new jobs to the local area.

The new pizzeria will be located in the heart of Bristol, transforming the former Royal Bank of Scotland branch on Baldwin Street, which has been vacant since 2021. The spacious 3,000sq ft venue will offer 120 indoor covers and plans also include an outdoor seating area with 35 additional covers – perfect for the warmer weather.

The new spot will deliver a fresh new dining option to Bristol’s food and drink scene, offering its famous pizzas, delicious dips and classic Italian desserts. Whether dining with family or friends, guests can enjoy Rudy’s signature relaxed vibe while indulging in the iconic and exciting menu right on the high street.

Since launching in 2015 in Ancoats, Manchester, Rudy’s quickly gained a cult following for its authentic Neapolitan dough and quality ingredients and the new restaurant will mark the brand’s 34th opening across the UK.

Born out of a passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza-making, serving classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Rudy’s also pays homage to famous pizzerias around the globe with its rotating specials, bringing interesting and exciting flavour combinations to its fans.
