Rocco Forte Launches New Initiative

Luxury hotel group Rocco Forte Hotels has launched the Musical Room Service initiative, offering private live performances to guests staying in the brand’s Signature Suites across its city properties in Europe.

In collaboration with local theatres, opera houses and musical institutions, the service allows guests to book curated in-suite concerts alongside private dining from the hotel’s restaurant. The performances span genres including opera, jazz, classical and regional music, with each hotel tailoring its programme in partnership with local talent.

In London for example, Brown’s Hotel offers a range of options, from an all-female classical and electric string quartet to jazz saxophonist Greg Davis, selected by in-house musical advisor Sandy Burnett.

Meanwhile Hotel Amigo in Brussels features Belgian musician Druss Lecomte performing jazz sets for suite guests, either solo or as part of a trio.

At Hotel de Rome in Berlin, young singers from the International Opera Studio of the Berlin State Opera perform for guests in suites overlooking the opera house, paired with in-suite dining from the hotel’s CHIARO restaurant.

In Munich, The Charles Hotel hosts musicians from the University of Music and Theatre, delivering bespoke performances in the Monforte Royal Suite. At Hotel Savoy in Florence, tenor Gonzalo Godoy Sepulveda sings opera arias for suite guests accompanied by various musical ensembles.

Villa Igiea in Palermo partners with Teatro Massimo to offer traditional Sicilian serenades, performed by trios or the Antiche Serenate Notturne ensemble.

The Musical Room Service is available exclusively for guests in designated Signature Suites and aims to enhance the private dining experience with curated live performances unique to each destination.
