From the creators of Topgolf and Puttshack comes Poolhouse, the next evolution in social entertainment, where the classic game of pool meets next-generation innovation.
Opening early 2026 at 100 Liverpool Street in British Land’s Broadgate campus, Poolhouse spans 21,000sq ft across two floors and represents a £12.5M fit-out that reimagines the traditional pool hall into an immersive, tech-driven experience. Poolhouse is set to become the city’s next go-to destination.
Located beside Liverpool Street Station, the UK’s busiest transport hub with 200 million annual passengers, the venue will accommodate up to 650 guests and places Poolhouse at the heart of one of London’s highest footfall locations. The strategic site is designed to capture the city’s growing demand for immersive, experience-led venues.
Powered by integrated AI technology, every pool table at Poolhouse transforms the way the game is played. Each of the 20 custom-built tables features pioneering tracking technology developed by the team behind Hawk-Eye, the same world-leading system used in professional sports including tennis (electronic line calling) and football (VAR and goal-line technology) to deliver unmatched precision and seamless gameplay.
This advanced system delivers skill-based handicapping by adjusting the gameplay with subtle obstacles in real time. This handicapping allows players of any standard to play together, encouraging inclusive and social play, making pool more engaging for mixed ability groups.
