A mega new housing project in Sharjah has been unveiled by Azizi Developments. The ‘Azizi Florence’ development is being valued at a cool $8bn (AED30bn).
Azizi Developments is one of the leading private developers in the UAE and its debut project in Sharjah will certainly turn heads.
It is expected to generate huge interest from both domestic and overseas investors. The masterplanned community will construct 1,130 villas and 6,000 townhouses. In addition to this, Azizi Florence will also be home to 3,500 apartments.
Azizi Developments have said that three-bed townhouses will retail for $514,000 (AED1.89M). Azizi Florence will be situated around a 1.7 million square foot Central Park and amenities will include retail, hospitality and leisure units. In addition to this, there will also be educational and wellness outlets provided and a clubhouse, community centre and landscaped gardens.
Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Group, said the project was ‘deeply meaningful’ to him on a personal level. “Returning to Sharjah after more than three decades is deeply meaningful to me, as this emirate was my first home in the UAE and an important part of my journey.”
