Brownie, a Spanish youth fashion firm, takes a step forward in its international expansion and opens its first store in Lisbon, located in the Amoreiras shopping center in the Portuguese capital. Thus, the brand has three points of sale in the Portuguese market.
The first single-brand Brownie store in Lisbon, which will be the flagship store of the firm in the country, has a commercial area of 130 square meters and has opened its doors to the public this Friday. Brownie landed in the Portuguese market three years ago with a store in the shopping mall Norte Shopping in Oporto. In addition, it operates with its own operating corner within the department stores of El Corte Inglés in Lisbon.
With this opening, the youth brand reaches 34 points of sale: three in Portugal and 31 in Spain. To the list will be added, on July 5, a new establishment, as the firm will open the doors of its first store in Andorra, which will be located in the Pyrénées shopping center.
Brownie, founded in 2006 by the couple formed by Mercedes Ortega and Juan. Morera, is today piloted by the second generation of the family. With the female audience between 15 and 25 as the main target, the brand has recently opened to a more adult audience with more sophisticated lines.
