The French fashion label Isabel Marant has secured a shop space in Hamburg’s luxury location Neuer Wall. The company rented a retail space in the Bornhold house at Neuer Wall 80 via the retail consultants of BNP Paribas Real Estate and Harper Dennis Hobbs.
The owner is the nationwide NEWPORT Group from Hamburg. The opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2019 for the Christmas season. Previous user of the area was St. Emile.
The brand Isabel Marant was founded in 1994 in Paris. The company has its own stores in Paris, Rome, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul, Los Angeles, Beijing, Madrid, Beirut and London and is represented in over 35 countries in shop-in-shop concepts.
