Elysium Water Park – The new £75m ($91m) project is set to become the country’s biggest indoor water park. Artists’ impressions shared on the official Facebook page have shown that, in all fairness, it looks pretty impressive.
Set to be built near Bournemouth, the park has all the usual water park tackle – rides, slides and splash pools, as well as wave machines and the obligatory lazy river.
But bringing it straight into the present (well, future), some of the attractions will also include Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology, making it an even more exciting prospect.
