AlphaMind to Add New Dining Concept

The lifestyle group formed by Addmind Hospitality and ADMO Lifestyle Holding, AlphaMind, will debut Son of a Fish at Dubai Harbour this autumn as part of its Harbour House development.

Positioned as the first home-grown concept at the new seafront destination, the restaurant underscores AlphaMind’s strategy of introducing original brands to prime waterfront locations.

Conceived as a modern interpretation of Greek hospitality, Son of a Fish draws inspiration from the country’s fishermen and seaside tavernas but infuses it with a rebellious, next-generation spirit. The concept promises an all-day social rhythm that shifts seamlessly from fresh seafood lunches to high-energy evenings fuelled by DJs, live performances and inventive beverages.

Inside, the design channels the stripped-back beauty of the Athenian coastline. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the dining room with light, while a minimalist terrace offers sweeping views of Dubai Harbour. The atmosphere is deliberately relaxed, encouraging long lunches, golden sunsets and vibrant nights that echo the Riviera’s free-spirited lifestyle.

On the culinary front, Son of a Fish will spotlight a fresh fish display evocative of traditional Greek tavernas, alongside a menu of expertly prepared seafood and authentic Greek dishes with global twists.

“We are extremely proud of AlphaMind’s home-grown concept Son of a Fish, a stunning waterfront location set to open at our new destination Harbour House in Dubai Harbour,” said Tony Habre, Founder of AlphaMind.
