Bulldozer Group founder Evgeny Kuzin has said a café style version of Italian brand Cipriani will be opening in Dubai Mall this year.
Called Cipriani Dolci, the outlet will offer a lighter take on the popular DIFC concept’s food, focusing more on desserts, salads, and side dishes, and will not be licensed.
Kuzin said he believes Cipriani to be “the most luxurious brand in the restaurant industry” due to its more than 100 years of history, adding he expects the new, smaller branch to be “very well received, especially as we’re opening in the busy, high traffic area” of Fashion Avenue.
Due to open around “October/November” according to Kuzin, the new Cipriani is just one of a number of expansion plans set to come to fruition for Bulldozer Group in the coming year.
