Hong Kong-headquartered men’s apparel brand Determinant has opened its first standalone store in Singapore at Plaza Singapura, marking a key step in the brand’s expansion in Southeast Asia.
The 1,300sq ft store features Determinant’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection, including the Repel+ line, which resists water, oil and stains while maintaining breathability and comfort, alongside the brand’s signature white dress shirts. The store also provides fit consultations, personalised styling and product education for shoppers.
“Plaza Singapura is an ideal location for our first brand store, as it is a popular mall among our target audience who are busy male professionals and family-oriented gentlemen,” said Clement Chan, GM of Determinant Apac. “We engineered our store to be a ‘wardrobe workshop’ to engage our shoppers, where they can check their fit, explore shirt functionalities and build their ensemble for personal and professional occasions.”
According to the brand, the store’s design emphasises functionality and sustainability, featuring prefabricated modular systems, recycled Paneco boards and retained ceilings and flooring to reduce waste.
