El Ganso Opens Independent Store in Albacete

The Spanish fashion brand is expanding its presence in Castilla-La Mancha. As part of its expansion strategy in the national market, El Ganso has opened a new store at number 12 Tesifonte Gallego Street, its first standalone shop in Albacete.

The store has been designed in line with the brand’s DNA, through the preppy, sophisticated and casual aesthetic that defines the El Ganso universe. The shop offers a wide selection of the brand’s men’s and women’s collections, combining timeless classics with new releases.

With this new opening, the brand strengthens its presence in Albacete, where it already operated a corner shop in the city’s El Corte Inglés department store. In Castilla-La Mancha, El Ganso now has four points of sale, including two spaces within Spanish department stores and two standalone stores located between Albacete and Toledo. As part of this national expansion plan, the brand also recently opened a corner shop in the El Corte Inglés department store in Nervión, Seville, thus consolidating its position in southern Spain.

Founded in 2004 by brothers Álvaro and Clemente Cebrián, El Ganso is headquartered in Madrid and closed 2023 with a turnover of 67 million euros. With a strong presence in markets such as Spain, France, Portugal, Chile and Mexico, the company projected 10 per cent growth for 2024, primarily driven by its multi-brand network and online channel.
