                                                                    After  spending  eight  years  of  intricate  planning  and  over
                                                                    RMB20bn  investment,  Changsha  IFS  immediately  became
                                                               5Central China’s Landmark upon opening on 7th May 2018, and
                                                               the Grand Opening attracted over 200,000 shoppers. Comprising over
                                                               370 brands in total, 100 of which are debut brands to Hunan province,
                                                               the 241,000sq m GFA Changsha IFS mall provides a diverse range of
                                                               brands that have successfully fulfilled the appetite of Hunan fashionistas.

                                                                 The project – Oxígeno - delivers a new concept of a Human Play-
                                                               ground that bridges retail, entertainment, sports, culture, education and
                                                               gastronomy. More than just a shopping centre or lifestyle centre, Ox-
                                                               ígeno is a dynamic extension of the local community. Part of a multi-
                                                               phase  mixed-use  development,  this  first  phase  includes  45,000sq  m
                                                               GLA of retail space and more than 15,000sq m of green areas designed
                                                               around the way residents live, work, and play.









                                                                 The  design  of  Suzhou  Hong  Leong  City  Center  seeks  to  extend
                                                               Suzhou’s breathtaking landscape. It seeks not to interrupt but to meld
                                                               seamlessly into Suzhou’s picturesque scenery – the Commercial Po-
                                                               dium, and the four Towers reminiscent of Suzhou’s famous terraced
                                                               tea plantations. Suzhou Hong Leong City Center has become a very
                                                               popular gathering hub, shopping and entertainment place for the local.

                                                                 The Torrecárdenas Shopping Center is a complex that is structured
                                                               around 60.000sq m of commercial space, distributed in 20.000sq m of
                                                               specialized surfaces and 40.000sq m of commercial gallery. The space
                                                               has 100 commercial premises and 3.000 free parking spaces. A project
                                                               that has already contributed more than 1.200 jobs in the works phase
                                                               and that after its inauguration will generate more than 1.700 direct jobs.
