Kong. The project is an Alteration and Addition development from an
ex-government complex to a modern high-grade office tower and up-
scale retail mall. The objective was to accentuate the vibrancy and en-
ergy that Mongkok brings to the city by creating extroverted exteriors
and active interiors.
