KIM KARDASHIAN’S BRAND SKIMS HAS OPENED
ITS LARGEST STORE TO DATE AT MALL OF AMERICA
Skims has opened its largest store yet, fittingly at North
America’s biggest retail and entertainment complex.
The $4bn-plus shapewear brand co-founded by
reality TV superstar and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian
has opened its 8,000sq ft space at Mall of America in
Bloomington, Minnesota. The opening marks the
brand’s largest location to date and first brick-and-
mortar location in Minnesota.
The new location at Mall of America showcases the
full range of Skims collections including intimates,
loungewear, shapewear and swimwear. With a focus on
“comfort and innovation”, Skims offers a wide range of
sizes (XXS to 5X) and over 15 shades to compliment all
body types and skin tones.
Skims opened its first store in June last year and 11
new leases have recently been signed.

have wasted no time in their turnaround of
Annapolis Mall, Maryland’s second largest.

The two companies and their partners, Lin-
coln Property Company and Waterfall Asset
Management, have announced the signing of
300,000sq ft of new leases at the property that
they acquired a year ago.
New names on the store directory will
include Dick’s House of Sports (which will
consume over half of the space with a 153,000sq
ft space that will feature a full-scale climbing
wall), Uniqlo, Swarovski, Jack & Jones, Offline
by Aerie, Goat USA and Talbots. The new
owners have also committed a 5,980sq ft space
to Fello, a Maryland-based organisation sup-
porting individuals with disabilities.
