Luxury jewellery house Harry Winston has opened a flagship in Tokyo’s Ginza, its eighth salon in the country and largest yet.
The three-level, 869sq m store adopts a more contemporary and architectural style than the typical Winston store.
“Japan holds a special place in the history of Harry Winston. Since opening our first salon in 1988, Japan has played an integral role in building the House’s renowned global legacy,” said Nayla Hayek, CEO of Harry Winston.”
Each interior detail and decorative furnishing echoes the House’s enduring legacy, he said. White polished marble outlines the perimeter of each floor, complemented by custom carpets and the walls have a glossy finish, paired with textured wallpaper.
Every floor of the salon is set to reflect “the House’s heritage and dedication to craftsmanship”. The first floor is designed for bridal, the second floor presents timepieces and high jewellery creations, accompanied by its largest VIP salon in Japan. Below ground houses a merchandise repair concierge for aftercare service.
