The brand is reinforcing its presence in the country with a new space in NorteShopping in Matosinhos, thus marking “the next chapter in the brand’s continued expansion in Portugal”.
With 167sq m and inspired by the brand’s flagship store at the iconic No. 14 Savile Row in London, the new store “combines British elegance and contemporary sophistication”, the brand explains in a statement, adding that “every design element reflects the brand’s timeless aesthetic”, its commitment to craftsmanship and quality. In this new space, Hackett London offers the Hackett London and No. 14 Savile Row collections, with formal and casual options, as well as accessories and footwear.
Hackett London’s first Portuguese flagship store opened on Avenida da Liberdade in November 2014. In addition to this store and the recently opened one in NorteShopping, the brand has locations in El Corte Inglés in Lisbon and Vila Nova de Gaia, Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet, Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet and Designer Outlet Algarve. It is also distributed through various shopping platforms.
The opening at NorteShopping reflects the British brand’s “continuous commitment to growth in Portugal and internationally”, concludes Hackett London, which was founded by Jeremy Hackett in 1983 and is owned by the Spanish group AWWG, whose portfolio also includes the brands Pepe Jeans London and Façonnable.
