Islington Square Signs Trio of New Brands

Cain International (‘Cain’), has agreed three new lettings at Islington Square in North London, bolstering the mixed-use development’s health, wellness and leisure offering.

WagWorks, a premium pet wellness and daycare brand, will open one of its largest sites to date with a 7,990sq ft space. TeeGo, an interactive indoor golf concept, has taken a 1,300sq ft unit, while StretchLab will launch a 1,262sq ft studio focused on fitness and recovery.

The new lettings follow the opening of Good Space in May 2025, which introduced flexible office and co-working facilities to the scheme. Together, they broaden the mix of uses across Islington Square and strengthen its position as a hub for community, wellbeing, retail, hospitality and culture.

Occupying a prime location just moments from Upper Street, Islington Square spans over 170,000sq ft across the site of a restored former Royal Mail sorting office. The development combines retained heritage architecture with modern design and offers a distinctive tenant line-up, including Odeon Luxe, Third Space and a range of independent and global brands, as well as premium residential apartments and public realm space.

With its blend of heritage architecture, open public spaces and thoughtfully selected tenants, Islington Square has become a dynamic North London destination for residents, workers and visitors alike. These latest lettings reflect the sustained occupier interest in flexible, well-located, amenity-rich environments.

“We’re pleased to welcome WagWorks, TeeGo and StretchLab to Islington Square,” said Georgia Perry-Hilsdon, Vice President at Cain International. “Each brings something distinct to the destination and we look forward to working with them as we continue to grow the mix of uses and experiences that make Islington Square a lively destination for the local community.”
