JD Sports has opened a new store at Folkestone’s Bouverie Place Shopping Centre. To celebrate the opening, the sportswear retailer provided in-store entertainment all day and shoppers were invited to enter a ‘Win Trainers for a Year’ competition.
James Air, senior group acquisitions manager for JD Sports, said: ‘We identified Bouverie Place in Folkestone as the ideal location for our new JD store, following on from the popularity of our new openings in Ashford and Canterbury. The store features JD’s latest design concept.’
Christina Beggan, asset manager at Ellandi, said: “We are delighted to welcome JD Sports to Bouverie Place. Their commitment to the centre further cements it as the heart of shopping in the town.”
