The contract with KiK, which was signed in early July, is for almost 500 sqm of retail space. It will be valid for the next three years with an extension option for another nine years.
At the end of June a contract was also signed to extend the lease of the Multikino cinema in the shopping centre by another twelve years. Under the new contract, the refurbishment of the multiplex will also take place. The number of screens is to be increased from five to six. All existing standard seats will be replaced with electronic models that can be adjusted automatically to a semi-reclining position and each will have a footrest.
