The company’s Retail Leasing Team has been appointed as the exclusive retail/restaurant leasing agents of one of London’s most prestigious residential developments; 8 Eaton Lane in Belgravia.

The Grade II listed building was originally designed by Thomas Cundy III to provide serviced residential apartments. Post restoration/redevelopment the building will be home to new residents, retail and restaurant occupiers.
