The M Core company has received official approval for the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for a new retail project in Lugoj.
The new M Park Lugoj will be built on a plot of land spanning approximately 32,000sq m, with a built-up area of 9,800sq m. The development has already secured a strong mix of international and local tenants for the entire retail space.
Clemens Petschnikar, CEO of Square 7, part of M Core, said: “This achievement reflects our close collaboration with local authorities and the continued positive reception of our developments across Romania. Our goal is to bring to Lugoj a sustainable, high-quality retail space that meets the everyday needs of its residents.”
Construction is slated to start next spring, with delivery expected in January 2027.
