The Argentine clothing chain MOM Sports continues to strengthen its international expansion with the opening of a new location in the US.
The brand has opened its fifth store in that country, located in the renowned Sawgrass Mills shopping centre in Sunrise, Florida.
This 290sq m space adds to the brand’s existing network of stores in the North American market, where it celebrated the opening of its second store in Miami’s Dolphin Mall last June.
MOM Sports was founded in 2021 by Gabriel Corigliano, a textile entrepreneur who decided to add value to his business by creating a sportswear offering.
The company vertically integrates the entire production chain, from yarn and fabric production to final garment manufacturing, in five plants located in San Martín, Vicente López, Chilavert and Chascomús, in the province of Buenos Aires, as well as a plant in Justo Daract, San Luis.
With a direct-to-factory sales strategy, the company sells its products through 17 of its own stores and online. It currently has 11 stores in Argentina, one in Asunción, Paraguay and five in Miami shopping centres such as Pembroke Lakes Mall, Westland Mall, Dolphin Mall and Sawgrass Mills.
