Indian furniture retailer Royaloak has expanded into the UAE with three new stores in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Dubai.
The move comes as UAE’s furniture and home decor market sees sustained growth as a result of increased real estate development, rising urbanisation and a growing population of design-conscious consumers.
Industry estimates show the UAE furniture market was valued at around US$5.1bn last year and is expected to reach US$5.4bn by 2033.
Royaloak is known for its ‘country collection’, which features pieces inspired by American, Italian and Malaysian designs and sources products from its manufacturing centres in Asia and Europe.
“Our UAE expansion is aligned with market demand and retail opportunity,” said Mathan Subramaniam, Co-Founder and MD of Royaloak.
