Sacoor Brothers Inaugurates Kuala Lumpur Unit

The company has renovated its store in the Suria KLCC shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur, which now features the Portuguese fashion brand’s new commercial concept and reopens as the brand’s flagship boutique in Malaysia.

Hugo Carriço, CEO of Sacoor Brothers Southeast Asia, announced in a statement that the reopening of the flagship store in KLCC “marks a turning point for Sacoor Brothers in the region”, adding: “Suria KLCC remains one of our most iconic units. This new concept reflects the direction we are taking globally – more modern, more intentional – while staying true to our promise of providing exceptional service and timeless style.”

Last October, as part of its 35th anniversary, Sacoor Brothers unveiled its new positioning, under the slogan “The luxury of being you”, which is gradually being reflected in its network of stores. The brand’s outlets are being rethought to incorporate the new concept, with a “more premium image, guided by neutral tones and organic materials”.

Following the brand’s new approach, the new store features minimalist architecture, natural textures and neutral tones, which are complemented by oak wood details and marble finishes, creating a modern and sophisticated atmosphere.

Founded in 1989, Sacoor Brothers currently has 18 stores in Portugal (seven of which are in outlet format) and internationally, in addition to Malaysia (where it operates a dozen stores), it is present in 15 other countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
